
I'm not sure if I'm the first to think of this, but I cooked a large delicious salmon fillet in the oven yesterday and had the brilliant idea to cook it in a cake pan. Spread a thin coat of butter on the bottom of the pan, cook to your desired tastes, and voila, just spin the thingy to have the fillet separated from the pan. In my case it removed all of the skin and didn't destroy the fillet in the process.
